I've noticed that a lot of crappy submissions (like mine, but I'll improve!) Seem to be passing judgment.
I don't know why, I just don't want newgrounds to be teeming with crap. (like it says in the FAQ)
That's why there is judgment! To prevent crap!
okay, sorry to people whose work gets blammed, but It's kind of annoying how crappy flashes pass. (with a low score, hahaha!)
